BULK EARTHWORKS

Schwarz Excavations and Civil have undertaken multiple major bulk earthworks projects. We have the machinery, employees and efficiency to work with well respected clients on large projects. Our recent projects include moving 460,000 cubic metres to build a storage dam in the riverland and completed bulk earthworks in the Mount Barker area.

SUBDIVISIONS

Our team specialises in developing entire housing estates from start to finish. These projects are generally provided by private developers and include the instalment of power, water, gas, nbn, sewer and stormwater. Schwarz Excavations and Civil are currently working on Hindmarsh Island developing the Coorong Keys Marina.

PUMP STATIONS AND SUBSTATIONS

Schwarz Excavations and Civil have worked with SA Power Networks and SA water for 30 years to develop entire substations and water pump stations.

ROAD WORKS

Schwarz Excavations and Civil have undertaken multiple road works directed by local Council and Government agencies. These projects include the development of main roads with power, water, nbn, sewer and stormwater instalments.
